1、 Tearing principle
The rubber tearing process is divided into three stages:
Initial stage: Stress concentration forms microcracks.
Expansion stage: The crack gradually extends.
Fracture stage: The material ultimately fails.
2、 Enhancement plan
Material selection
Natural rubber: preferably SMR20 or above grade.
Synthetic rubber: SBR selects 23-25% styrene content.
Filler: Carbon black N234/N299 has the best performance.
Process optimization
Mixing temperature: controlled at 110-140 ℃.
Sulfurization system: 2.5 parts sulfur+1.2 parts accelerator.
Radiation treatment: 50-100kGy electron beam irradiation.
Formula design
Carbon black dosage: 40-50 phr.
Reinforced fiber: aramid fiber 3-5 phr
Nanomaterials: Carbon nanotubes 1-3 phr
